I've been making this for 5/6 times now,, with the same proportions..always turns out delicious,, also my diabetic mom's postprandial blood sugar levels after having these dosas always turns out much lower than with normal dosas..so thats a plus. I also happened to have leftover 1/4th cup of rice and 1/4th cup of moongdal soaked for another dish, adding these made the dosas even more tastier and non-sticky to my old pan.Anyways LOOOVE this recipe 💜
