Here I am Doing Safety Squats due to Shoulder Injury. The bells of steel safety squat bar is what I’m using in this video and it works really great because I don’t have the mobility to hold a barbell on my back properly. This barbell has handles that it doesn’t put any stress on the shoulder joint making it ideal for if you have a shoulder injury like myself. I tore my packing, had three surgeries on it, so this barbell is my best friend.
