My Maxillaria variabilis is 4 years in my collection and it was just an iddy biddy little orchid in an oversized #orchitop back in 2018. Here we are, and the orchid has eaten it's pot! I have not had to repot this orchid all these years, because it is in a media mix of leca and seramis. It gets fertilized every day, and supplements of CalMag / Seaweed on a regular basis!
