The death toll from the Turkey/Syria earthquake is now more than 19,000. Search teams expect the death toll to rise even higher as they battle frigid temperatures while trying to find survivors. It's not always easy to know how to help in times like these. But one dynamic couple is making it happen. They've mobilized medical aid on the ground and mental health support in the Syrian-American community.
