Did Abraham Keep the Same 10 Commandments Given at Mt. Sinai?

In Genesis 26:5, we are told, "Abraham obeyed me and kept my requirements, my commands, my decrees, and my laws". This phrasing is worthy of some in depth attention.

Abraham knew about God's requirements, commands, and decrees, which define righteous attitudes and behavior. He obeyed them because he believed what God told him . These are the same requirements, commands, and decrees defining righteous attitudes and behavior that were given to Israel at Mount Sinai. These are the same laws that new covenant believers are to follow, obey, and have written on their hearts.
