Trash in a Prohibited Spot in Mexico

This was taken 2 years ago on my vacation in Cancún, Mexico. I was riding a tour bus and we came across this specific spot where the locals had their trash thrown in a place where they weren't allowed. I was giggling at that. I just wanted to get that video out before my cruise vacation on Saturday.
