01-31-2023 Lexington, KY - Busy morning for first responders and utility crews as the Bluegrass region of Kentucky woke up to an ice glaze that caused many issues. Video shows Paris Pike on Fayette-Bourbon County line shut down due to a Tractor Trailer crash. Video also shows an army of utility crews busting some serious hump to get downed lines repaired in Lexington. It doesn't take much ice to really ruin a day.
