Harnwell: “German armed forces parliamentary commissioner floats return to military conscription”

This war won’t be decided on Ukrainian battlefields, but in the ballot boxes of the Western nations that are financing it. And people have already moved on. They have their own needs.

Germans WILL NOT return to military conscription. It’s just not happening.
