The "Retail" Banks used to have to keep at least 10% reserves in the Bank and loan out 90% but with COVID ... the rules were changed and now they could loan out 100% of "your" money that you deposited in the Bank ... which is what they did ... and they made a lot of BAD loans that the Borrower can't PAY back!

I am not very knowledgable in this are of High Finance (Rogersings) but the Federal Reserve is NOT a Federal Agency but Zionist Bankers who banned together in 1913 to hold the American Government hostage in DEBT. The FDIC is a Federal Agency created in 1933 ... and it collect insurance money from the Retail Banks so that if the Retail Bank fails anything a person has deposted in that Bank is insured up to $250K.

The way I understand it is that the new BAIL-IN law, allows the Bank to steal YOUR money so the Bank doesn't FAIL and have to pay you your money that is insured by the FDIC. The old way to SAVE a Company or Bank TOO BIG to FAIL was for the Federal Reserve to BAIL-OUT the Bank with Tax Payers money (Debt spread across all Americans) but it seems like the Zionist Bankers who Control the Government and the Government Money have decided it's time to STOP kicking the CAN down the road and START kicking the cans of American people down the road.

The Retail Banks made the BAD loans on purpose (Similar to what they did during the 2008 Housing Market Meltdown) .. It's part of the Scam-Demic PLAN-Demic PLAN ... Because BAD Banking practices provides the EXCUSE to
(a) Rob the trustworthy customer of their hard earned labor ... thus making him FEARful and HATEful of unexpected future diasters like a the Seasonal Flu and the Yearly Weather
(b) It Allows the Central Banks to establish a Digital Currency system so this overdrawn/overrun on the Retail Banks doesn't happen again.
