We talk about homelessness in North American cities, but is the resolution really in providing more housing? Or are we just avoiding the real problem? I spoke with Jared Klickstein, who was an addict for many years, ending up on Skid Row — in and out of jail and the hospital before finally getting clean. He recently wrote an article for Public called, "The Secret to Ending Homelessness."
