Nigerian pastor’s wife dies after being shot 12 times in the U.S.

A Nigerian pastor, Eze Kings, is bereaved following the death of his wife, identified as Eunice Dwumfour, who was shot dead in front of her home in New Jersey, USA.

Dwumfour, a republican councilwoman, was shot dead by a yet-to-be-identified assailant on Wednesday evening, February 1, 2023.

According to the New York Post, the 30-year-old was hit with about 12 gunshots while driving around her home on Wednesday. The white Nissan SUV she drove crashed into two parked cars before coming to a stop.

Paramedics confirmed that she died on the spot. Shortly after the incident, investigators at the scene said Dwumfour was caught on video speaking to the sha, a man wearing a hoodie, moments before her death.

Authorities said Dwumfour appeared to be the obvious target of the sha and that a motive was yet to be determined.
