Wagner 'stops recruiting mercenaries from prison'

The Wagner mercenary group has stopped recruiting convicts from Russian prisons to fight in Ukraine, according to its founder Yevgeny Prigozhin on Thursday. Washington believes it represents the vast bulk of Wagner's estimated 40,000 fighters deployed to the war. Matthew Larotonda reports.
