Phoebe with Cerebellar Hypoplasia Asks Dad for Help Climbing Ramp and Wins

Info from Licensor: Phoebe was born with a neurological condition that makes her wobbly, but causes no pain (cerebellar hypoplasia/CH/wobbly cat syndrome). She’s able to use stairs and ramps to get onto higher surfaces, like couches, although every attempt isn’t successful. Sometimes she asks for our help, and we’re always happy to lend a hand!
