Gear for our videos matters - Need help with upgrade choices.

Using for 4K to shoot videos that will be used to produce 1080p YouTube content has advantages.
You can reframe your video, zoom, pan without any loss of quality. I need to get to the point I can do that with all my cameras, but not sure what to do. Hope you guys will comment and give me some good suggestions. Cheers.
