The One Body Technique

This lucid dreaming technique comes from Stephen Laberges book “Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming” and can be found in more detail there.

After awakening from a dream continue to lay in your bed, with your eyes gently closed. Relax your body, allow yourself to release any tension that might exist.

Enjoy this relaxation and affirm to yourself your intention to enter the dream state. Let go of all other thoughts

Bring your focus to your physical body. Slowly move your focus through every point in your body, relaxing each point as you move to it. Gently observe the sensations in your body.

Allow yourself to calmly enter sleep paralysis.

Just like the twin body technique you should now move you dream body, the difference is that instead of imagining two separate bodies you will only have one for this technique. Imagine yourself moving this dream body, imagine that you are in your dream world.

Move your body knowing that it is a dream body and that you can walk straight into your dream.
