There is definitely something weird happening in Turkey Earthquake: strange lightinings

Now, its not very unusual to be a thunderstorm in the same time as Earthquakes are happening but this specific thunderstorm doesnt look to natural to me. And the atmosphere is definitely too much electrically charged. Is this HAARP? We cant prove that for sure but definitely something weird is happening.
