House Session 1 | February 9th 2023 | Hearing on Oversight of Justice Department

Members of Congress, former FBI officials, former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI), and other legal professionals gave testimony on oversight of the Justice Department and the federal government before a House Judiciary subcommittee.

The House will consider two measures to repeal Washington, D.C. laws allowing noncitizens to vote in city elections and another reducing criminal penalties.
