Have you ever wanted to run your own spy agency?

Released in 1988, Ninjas & Superspies from Palladium Books lets players take on the role of spies and ninjas against the "evil organization." This was the 1980s at it's peak. It seemed ever kid loved ninjas and James Bond and with Palladium already doing Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Other Strangeness, this took the genre away from the cartoons and comic books and more into the movies. One thing I loved about the book is that it gives a framework for creating your own Spy Agency. So lets take a look at how it works and see what I've come up with.
