High Protein Breakfast Dosa With Ragi and Horse gram | No Rice - No Urad Dal - Weight Loss Recipe

Ingredients:
(Make: 7-8 dosas)

- 1 cup Whole Ragi or Finger millet or Nachni
- 1/4 cup Horse gram or Kulthi or kudu or muthira
- 2 tablespoon Sago or tapioca pearl
- 1 teaspoon Methi or fenugreek seeds
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup or as required Water
- Ghee or oil for roasting
