so folks who offer words of encouragement end up discouraging people because their actions don't align with their words so for example you go to a fat dude and say yo I accept the way you are and shit like that but then you never play with them you never hang out with them you never share your problems and joy with them. You just don't mess with them. If that is the case, your words of encouragement become words of discouragement because what you send across is that they're not welcome that they are not accepted that it is not okay the way they are that they are not okay basically but you said the opposite right so basically you took a shi* on of them this is how it is you dumped on them.
