Gas explosion rocks apartment block in Russia

A blast ripped through an apartment building in the Russian city of Novosibirsk, reportedly after a gas leak. Fire engulfed the building, but has now been extinguished. Two people are reported dead, and more may be trapped under the rubble, emergency services said.
