This Penny's quest focuses on the Seedium plant Rhubarbarian and was offered between between February 8, 2023 and February 15, 2023.

Rhubarbarian is a member of the Enforce-Mint family.
Rhubarbarian costs 100 Sun.
When planted, Rhubarbarian falls from the sky and stuns each zombie in a 3x3 area for 5 seconds. (+0.5 seconds per even level.)
Zombies stunned this way take 190 damage. (+30 damage per level.)
Rhubarbarian will then punch zombies in his lane, dealing 50 damage. (+15 damage per level.)
This punch will stun the zombie for 0.75 seconds. (+0.25 per level.)
When Rhubarbarian runs out of zombies to punch, he will leap forward up to 4.5 tiles.
This leap will stun for 3 seconds. (+0.5 seconds per odd level.)
Rhubarbarian will stay on the lawn for 16 seconds. (+1 second per odd level.)

Commentary:
Rhubarbarian is a strange plant. It's not persistent like Sunflower or Peashooter. While it is a single-use plant, it's not quite on par with Iceberg Lettuce or Squash. Rhubarbarian does not mind just idling around, but this plant would rather be bashing some zombies.

Bottom Line:
The best analogy we can come up with is a slow Jalapeno. While Jalapeno will do 1,800 damage to all zombies in a lane all at once, the only limit Rhubarbarian has is the number of zombie he can punch while on the lawn. As such, he can lock a lane down, allowing the player to concentrate on the other lanes.
