On June 18th 2022, in Boyle Heights at a Dead City show, LAPD fired a 40mm less lethal projectile round hitting Joey LaRocca, (Joey Briggs), in the forehead. He was hospitalized for a fractured skull and a subdural hematoma.

Anyone who might have been at the show or knows anyone who was there, we're asking you to come forward with any footage or first-hand accounts of what you saw.
