Ep 14 - LAPD Shooting of Daniel Hernandez

On April 22nd, 2020, LAPD Officer Toni McBride happened upon a traffic collision. One of the drivers involved was Daniel Hernandez who was high on methamphetamine and wielding a box cutter. As he approached Officer McBride, she fired 6 rounds, killing him. Officer McBride was cleared by the Department of Justice but the Board of Police Commissioners found the shooting unreasonable.
