9057 people - so many dead have been reliably established to date. Terrible figures of the consequences of the earthquake were announced by the President of Turkey. Nearly 53,000 were wounded. About 6.5 thousand buildings were destroyed. And this is not the final data. Rescue work continues. According to the authorities, the cataclysm affected territories inhabited by 13 million people.
