President Joe Biden on Tuesday highlighted accomplishments on infrastructure, climate and consumer protections in his first two years in the White House in his State of the Union address to Congress. He also took a tough rhetorical line on China, after Beijing sparked a political and diplomatic row with a spy balloon that traversed the US before being shot down.
