Catching COHO on HALLOWEEN Jigs (Coho Salmon Fishing Vancouver, BC)

I tied some pumpkin head twitch jigs and they worked. I usually twitch pink and purple jigs for coho and chum salmon, but the black and orange did the trick.
My friend Willy had never caught a salmon before, so I took him out and taught him how to twitch jigs for Coho Salmon. I suggested throwing spinners and spoons, but he didn't want to play on easy mode. It's a great technique that works in the rivers around the lower mainland and fraser valley.
