"a PCBU must ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable
that the health of workers and the conditions at the workplace are monitored for the purpose of preventing injury or illness of workers arising from the conduct of the business or undertaking.
Key part "prevent injury or illness arising from the conduct of the business" Covid does not arise from a business. It is a Public Health matter. A vax injury on the other hand could be seen to arise from the conduct of a business

The Ministry of Health needs to get with the program. Their website is making unlawful statements around vax requirements.
