Father Speaks to Perry Township about having his parenting rights taken away

Father was arrested for telling son, over the phone, that he would "beat his ass for not listening" The mother recorded the conversation and weaponized the Perry Township PD Massillon, OH to arrest the father in front of 200 students for attempting to exercise parenting rights.
