This discussion covers all the basics of heel pain or plantar fasciitis in adults. We work through conservative treatments including orthotics, shoe recommendations, steroid injections, Astym/Grastym, stem cell therapy, shockwave therapy, dry needling type of treatments, physical therapy measures, plantar fascial release, heel spur resections etc.

My goal is to pair my love for medicine, video, art and wood projects with my campaign to raise awareness for Operation Underground Railroad (OURRESCUE.ORG), an amazing group fighting child sex trafficking around the world. We dabble in wood turning on the lathe, carving, painting with acrylics using pendulum and pouring techniques as well as different video projects we find interesting.
