Why Eric July Isn't Getting Good Feedback

When a dissatisfied customer of Eric July's ISOM #1 demanded better from him during his interview with Jon Del Arroz, I was surprised to see Del Arroz join with July in dismissing the "nitpicker". One look at Del Arroz' early work dispelled my surprise.
