A seasoned communications and capital markets professional with over 20 years of experience, Mr. Henderson has focused on marketing, investor communications and raising capital for TSX Venture exchange-listed resource, technology and health sciences companies. He has Co-led with CEOs financings of more than $100 million on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Knox is currently the Vice President of Corporate Development at Canagold, a TSX (toronto stock exchange) Main Board listed company focused on advancing one of western Canada's highest grade gold projects.
