In this DIY off grid cabin build, we finally start the framing of the front porch for our cabin! It has been a long time coming and we are excited to be able to utilize and share this process with you. The front porch will be made from actual 2" wood planks for the joists and 1" wood planks for the decking. The wood will be torched with fire to bring out the grain pattern.
