In this DIY episode we take a trip down to the creek to play with the dogs and talk about the surplus of black walnuts that have fallen on the ground. We feed the chickens and then we get the new portable wood chipper out to clean up around the property, as well as get the area ready to fall trees for the NEW WORKSHOP, SAWMILL, TRACTOR SHED & KILN. We move several stacks of logs that have been sitting for a while to help clear the area for our new building to be built. We did some odds and ends up around the chicken house to make it a bit safer to pass around the tin roof, and we cut, burn and oil new planks for the trim on the interior of the cabin.

We hope you will follow us through the final stages of the cabin build, root cellar, basecamp and future barn for the homestead...as well as the new 100ft building for the sawmill, kiln, shed and workshop.
