Is SBF giving money back?? FTX

FTX's new management is piling pressure on politicians who received donations from Sam Bankman-Fried — telling them the funds must be paid back. Individuals and political action funds that received contributions from FTX's co-CEO Ryan Salame, and engineering director Nishad Singh, are also in the crosshairs. In a news release, the company confirmed that it is reaching out to beneficiaries confidentially — and they've been given a deadline of Feb. 28 to return the funds. Donations can be returned voluntarily, but action may be taken in bankruptcy court should they fail to get in touch — with interest added on to the funds owed. Joe Biden's 2020 presidential campaign received a whopping $5.2 million from SBF.
