A video produced by Vice featured a so-called "Round Table Gun Debate" in which many far-fetched statements were made, including advising someone facing a home invasion by two armed individuals with AR-15's to simply leave the house instead of fighting back.

Additionally, one gentleman tried to invalidate the second amendment because they stated the Constitution was written by wealthy white slave-owning misogynists.

Another outspoken participant on the panel was a victim of gun violence, but what he doesn't realize is that this does not necessarily make them an expert on the gun debate any more than being hit by a drunk driver would make someone an expert on car safety.
