Prime Minister Justin Trudeau speaks briefly with reporters in Ottawa ahead his meeting with Canada's premiers on health-care funding. Provinces and territories have been pushing for the federal government to increase it share of funding through the Canada Health Transfer (CHT) from 22 per cent to 35 per cent.
