DTTV 140 - Superior Court of Ontario Upholds Charter Rights of the Homeless in Kitchener Encampment

Last week a case came out of the superior court of Ontario in Kitchener regarding a large homeless encampment in that city and the ruling said that the city could not remove the homeless from that homeless encampment so we’ll take a look at that today.
