The Media Lied About Russian Bots’ Disinformation — Hamilton 68

Mainstream media has made a lot about the influence of Russian Twitter bots, especially their ability to commandeer certain hashtags and amplify certain pro-Kremlin talking points. For their source of what these Russian bots were up to, the media relied heavily on a website called Hamilton 68, which was backed by a number of former government types whose backgrounds gave the site credibility. That credibility went up in flames with the Twitter Files, however, which exposed the Hamilton 68 "Russian bot" list as a fraud.
