In "xenia-canary.config.toml" located in your xenia_canary folder, using a text editor, verify the following lines.

license_mask = 1
draw_resolution_scale_x = 1
draw_resolution_scale_y = 1

NOTE: This title has multiple graphical issues that become more noticeable when rendered above native resolution. Also, and obvious in this video, the audio can cut out and not return, even after restarting Xenia and reloading the save.
