If you are interested in role playing Fyore, here are his requirements:

Requirements:
1. No magic except for Alteration, Staves, Scrolls, and enchanting
2. No weapons except for Staves
3. No armor; cloths or robes only
4. No fast travel; must use carts or travel by foot
5. No perks outside of Alteration, Enchanting, Speech, or Alchemy
6. Can’t Join Dark brotherhood or Thieves’ guild
7. Must play on Legendary
8. No points in Stamina or Health, only Magicka
