The Hidden Menace Behind the Chinese Balloon

It’s not the Chinese we need to worry about. Its that our own military is not controlled by a civilian branch of government in the Executive Branch. The military is off doing its own thing funded by tax payers and feel they are a fourth branch of government that is smarter than the people they are supposed to serve.
