Inspection day

Check out my latest acquisition in Harrisburg, PA. Today was inspection day. The house needed a bit more then I was expecting but that’s why we do the inspection. Even as an investor.
I️ gave the sellers 3 options. #1 reduce the cash offer by the cost of the repair work. #2 reduce the price on a terms offer for a little higher then the cash deal. #3 we I️ cancel the contract and we part ways.
