D harassed J about putting Raisin Bran back up and "helping (me)
(I ended up managing most of them myself- glad not to have "gotten caught" washing them, but inevitably enabling them both - J will say I can just do them myself all the time anyway)
(whenever D says anything to J about dishes, J blames me for not having "cleared the whole kitchen that was waiting on me" because that makes me completely responsible for D's actions)

please help me get out of this situation and NOT somewhere worse at
