On Monday 6th February 2023 I went to help Pierre (Vintage Apron Cafe owner charged with breaching Chief Health Officer's orders about 17 months ago) pick up his brief of evidence that the magistrate inform him by phone was finally ready at the Cleveland Police Station.

Two female sergeants were there female including the officer-in-charge to talk to us and hand over the Brief. The officer in charge almost didn't say a word but the sergeant prosecutor was very combative. To her credit at the end she told Pierre he should seek proper legal advice and mentioned Bayside Legan, Caxton & maybe Legal Aid.

On the way out of the station we hear this loud thumping. Turns out a Senior constable inside the building was thumping the big glass window as we walked passed. I looked at him and he was aggressively gesturing at my car & yelling. I smiled, nodded & walked on. A minute later he is outside and is soon after joined by a taller constable joined and later his ipad to presumably run my rego.

The senior constable seemed adamant I had a $150 fine for parking in a loading zone. Later he says he hopes they (Council) drive past and fine me. I don't see why he couldn't give me a fine if he thought I was in the wrong. I know they can as last year I successfully defended one they dished out at a Botanical Garden Freedom Rally.

I went to The Police station to support Pierre at his request. I thought it is a simple & straight forward task and not expecting any issues. Entering the Police station there was a polite liaison officer at the counter & another lady at a PC Terminal whom looked like she travels around on a broomstick. As soon as the Prosecutor was came in with her OIC, the Prosecutor was in abrasive attack mode. She didn't calm down and be polite until near the end some 20 minutes later.

Outside the station after Pierre signed for the documents (Brief) is where this video is from. It's sad to see that most of the good cops have left and the scarce good ones still around are a near silent majority. The eyes of the 2 male officers were scary. I have genuinely seen hardened, violent criminals with more humanity & connection in their eyes than these two. The senior Sargent's eyes were like a Demonic, rabid pitbull out for blood.

The phone ran out of memory & that is why the video ended. I grabbed another phone from the car and recorded a bit more.

At any rate, I debated whether to put this up, but after showing an X-QPS Cop and hearing his disgust at the behaviour of his "colleagues" I decided it to be more beneficial than not. The former Sargent I spoke to has noted that The Police "Force" now has changed completely and many are on a power trip from Covid. It's like a them and us now. No longer are they there to protect & serve the people but to serve their nefarious puppet Masters. The Queensland Police Service motto is 'With honour we serve".

I sense that many are angry they were coerced/forced to take this covid poison shot and they are angry at themselves for not saying no. Perhaps they are angry at their bosses and the system. Everyone in that police station did not seem at ease with the self or the public. It seems in this pressure cooker frustration has to be taken out on someone.

Sad that we increasingly have to be on guard but this is reality. The old adage of "safety in numbers" is also good mantra to remember.

Keep living, find solutions, plant the good seed, think positive, act & stay Free!
