Winter camping at Tahquamenon Falls State Park! #snowshoe #wintercamping #waterfall #puremichigan

We spent a night at Tahquamenon Falls last weekend and did about 3 miles total of snow shoeing. If you have never been to the falls in the winter, it is something you should definitely do at least once. The upper falls are super accessible and the lower falls are about a mile hike each way. There is also a bridge to an island in the middle of the river with a half mile loop around the island. There is a nice fall on the back side of the island from the bridge.
