Bitcoin Design Guide Jam Session #42: Milestone 18 and shared wallets

We went over the status of milestone 18 tasks (https://github.com/BitcoinDesign/Guid..., and also discussed how we can update the multi-sig reference designs we have in the guide (savings wallet and shared wallet). We'll look into starting a new effort around revising the shared wallet.
