Retired Swiss banker, Pascal Najadi, filed charges against the president of Switzerland, Alain Berset, who also serves as the Health Minister—for his handling of the COVID crisis and the criminal push for what turned out to be unsafe, ineffective injections, of which Pascal himself had received three doses back when he complied.

The Attorney General of Switzerland is to start investigations against President of Switzerland, Berset. As head of the Department of Home Affairs, he was also responsible for the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH). Berset was accused of abusing his office under Article 312 of the Swiss Criminal Code.
