Not long ago, it was common for Instructors to look to lawyers to inform them of the ethical framework they were expected to teach. But today, Gun Culture is much more concerned with both the moral and legal question when it comes to the use of Force. As Instructors have changed the material and methods of teaching available to open enrollment courses, some of this can be attributed to the above-noted shift in the community.
