Beau, what's the best way to shop and make sure I'm getting the most favorable terms for my business acquisition financing? Purchasing a tire store "non-franchised". No real estate- just the business.

[00:31] We are going to look at if there is a fixed-rate option
[00:35] Most lenders are going to offer variable rate
[01:06] The margin is what we are going to negotiate

[01:51] Some banks might be more liberal with how much working capital and the total project cost
